Warranty

Five year manufacturer’s warranty on Spectrum housing, clamp, and LED lights. There is no warranty on glass and anodized coatings. Only original owner with proof of registration may claim a warranty. Product must be registered within 30 days of purchase; failure to register purchase with Sector Seven may void the warranty.

Sector Seven has sole discretion on the decision to validate a warranty claim. Warranties cover defects in material and/or workmanship only. If a product is found to be defective in material or workmanship a warranty claim will be honored. Products may be replaced or repaired as deemed necessary by Sector Seven. All repairs, labor, parts, and return shipping will be provided by Sector Seven. Warranties do not cover: installation errors, wear and tear, acts of God, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collisions, defects due to customization, or any product modification, configuration, or combinations not performed by Sector Seven.

Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within two (2) business days of online purchase. Every effort is made to ship multiple items in a purchase in one package, but may be split shipped when necessary. Customers with orders that require split shipments or include an item on backorder will be notified by a customer service representative via email or telephone. Free shipping is available on all U.S. retail orders over $150, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Express Shipping

International Orders

International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Global Express unless otherwise requested. International orders will not ship via USPS Global Priority Mail due to tracking number limitations. UPS International service is available and may be requested.

Returns

Returns will be accepted on unused, re-sellable products within 30 days of purchase. A full refund, minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee, will be credited to the original credit card used. Upon receipt the product will be inspected and the customer will receive a confirmation phone call. Returns will not be accepted without a documented RA number.
